1. Orders & Customization: All cases are handmade and customized based on your specifications. Please review your order carefully before submission.

2. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order.

3. No Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except in cases of damage during shipping (please contact us within 48 hours with photos).

4. Shipping: Orders ship within 5–10 business days via USPS. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information.

5. Intellectual Property: All designs and content are the property of JunkinWithKenn and may not be copied or used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability: JunkinWithKenn is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our products.
